The queue took ages, and by the time we came to our seat, (despite ordering beforehand) it took at least 45-50 minutes before the food arrived. I had the KyoChon SMS deal that allowed us to get a RM30 off from the total bill provided we ordered more than RM60. I showed the waiter this deal before ordering and she said yeah I could use it and she would minus from the bill. But when we checked out, the waiter told us she forgot to key in the SMS deal before sending the order to the back. I don't blame her because she was so overwhelmed by the orders and the system was down for quite some time. I am angry at the poor management of kyochon towards the customers and their workers. They are so overworked that mistakes like this happened. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager to ask him/her to solve this matter but she refused. The waiter offered to pay RM30 but obviously we would not take her money, she looked so exhausted. But it was definitely an error that the management of this branch could've taken care of better. In next page we could select payment method, if select e-wallet, then what is the purpose for email address and name? Waited for 55 minutes then informed me 1/2 chicken is sold out, I can't be leaving and queue again for my dinner, so I agreed to change my order to mediun drumstick order. In the end it took more than 1 hour to serve the food while other customers who came after me also eating already. Scan to order is fine, but suggest to make confirmation for dine in customer. If no stock can quickly inform customer. It should be easier if we can scan to pay, instead of adding credit card details, etc. I also saw the restaurant is taking too many delivery orders. It is ridiculous that you keep taking orders but let the dine in customer to wait more than an hour. Seriously the food is delicious but please improve your service as the waiting time is way too long. There is 7% service charge, please give us a really satisfying service. When it came, they gave us the pickled radish instead of the salad. I never liked pickled radish, so I asked the waitress why was it different from the menu, and was given an explanation which was not acceptable. She told me they have changed the menu long time ago. Then I said to her that they should have changed the menu to reflect the real thing, or else it would be a misrepresentation to the customers, which she replied, "i'm only a waitress here, anything u should tell my management". Then I said, "I'm telling u so that u can inform ur management, since u work here." Then she further replied, "I'm only a worker here, I can't do anything."
