Young Sanna Mee | SS2 Branch: A Disappointing First and Final Visit

My recent visit to Young Sanna Mee in SS2 was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience and will be my last. I ordered the vegetable sanna mee, and while the soup was indeed delicious and flavorful, the vegetables were a significant letdown.

The vegetables were not fresh, showing clear signs of oxidation. The sweet potato, in particular, had noticeable brownish discoloration, indicating it had been exposed to air for an extended period. This significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of the dish.

Despite the delicious soup, the poor quality of the vegetables made the meal unenjoyable. While the staff were attentive and the restaurant offered a comfortable dining ambiance, the quality of the food is paramount.

If you’re the boss reading this post, please improve the quality of the service. No offense, the good is good and I love it. However, my experience here was terrible.

I was there at 9pm to dine in, when I enter the shop, the cashier was giving me an unwelcome look and trying to stop me from entering the restaurant (even though there’s empty seats). The attitude of the cashier (a foreign guy) was super unfriendly, forced us to order quickly and served the food in a rush.

The most triggering part is, he rushed us to pay for the meal without waiting for us to finish the meal. It was only 9:30pm…. I was so triggered and pissed, there’s no sense of respect for the dine in customer.

I will rather not come next time because of this bad attitude and disrespect towards customers.

The manager or supervisor is very welcoming (the guy who is tall in black shirt, wearing spec), he offered us 2 ppl with 4pax table, is such a kind offer as is quite pack of 2 of us order 2 pot sanna mee. The waitress all are very attentive, polite and smiling. This made us feel happy and comfortable. Waiter/waitress all clean up the table very fast once customer left and made the environment, vision look clean and tidy 👍🏻 Crispy dumplings served in 6min while wanna mee. serve in 15min. Food taste nice and they didn't serve the old broken pot to us like last time dine in (my soup just spilt out last time since broken on the edges, I feel sad since the soup tasted sweets with the ingredients) Such a nice experience today, you all doing good,...
