Been here a few times , this place is well thought off great for parents with young toddlers. Able to keep my kids occupied without worry as the play area is close to the eating tables and there is a comfortable nursing room and in house toilet . Makes it convinient especially when there is one person to handle 2 kids at a time.
Food wise I think it's great effort with light flavors and natural fries with potato skin and home cooked food 😋.
Latte is quite okay too alot better than many kids cafe I have been.
Just a slight feedback to make things better ~
Teriyaki chicken the sauce was too thick and sweet , perhaps can look out for that .
Rice is abit dry perhaps it can improve with a bit of moisture or add abit of japanese vinegar .
Poke bowl if i opt for no ingredients very hard for me to finish as its too plain and tasteless. Perhaps consider not to sell the set without any add ons or add abit more furikake or seaweed to balance the taste . 🤔
Toast wise it's yummy but kids cannot enjoy too much as sourdough is quite hard to bite.
Requesting adding the cheese to the leetou breakfast set egg was the best thing I have done. It has bought the light tasting meal to another level and my kid ate it all . Perhaps can consider that as something to add in the menu . 😉
Keep up the good work ! look forward to more improvements...
Read moreOur favourite play cafe for our baby girl. Although we've been patronising since she was too young to play with toys, reason we keep coming back is we just feel so very welcomed as a young family. The owner is super friendly so you can always look forward to having a little chat with her. Staff is nice and accommodating. There's everything you need from diaper changing spaces to a quiet place to nurse. There's even a little work pod if you need to take calls.
Now that baby is older, the play area is wonderful because there's space for her to crawl around, huge variety of toys to play with, and warm community of other families to interact with :)
As for food, as most reviews say, it's just alright – but I think it's because it's catered for kiddos, so smaller portions, less salt sugar etc. One thing I will definitely recommend is the coffee. The coffee is EXCELLENT.
All this to say, we truly hope the cafe continues to do well, and that they know they have big fans in our...
Read moreLatest edit: Recently tried their lunch set that comes with a main and a drink (mineral water, soda and coffee if not mistaken). I chose the Sourdough Roast Pork Sandwich. Even though it doesn't looked big, the portion was very satisfying. The sauce was tangy and compliments the oily crispy roast pork. Sourdough bread tasted good but the crust is a little chewy for me. My partner had the Aglio Olio and waited for a very very long time because I was about to finish my sandwich. Taste good but it's kinda too wet for an Aglio Olio. Latest menu taste much better than the previous bolognese I had.
Again, even if it's a lunch set, the price is still higher than other similar cafes. I think the sandwich was worth it, but not the pasta. Ala carte Aglio Olio for RM21, that is usually made out of dried chilli, pasta, garlic and oil doesn't make it up as a reasonable price in terms of taste and quality. Unless you state what kind of special ingredients...
