Best LiuJiang Lalapot outlet ever! Tried other outlets before but this outlet is by far the best. Food was amazing, fresh, flavoured nicely and most importantly lala is cooked well! Bonus point: this branche gives a lot of freebies! Like free dessert (ice cream), candies, keychains etc. which I thought was very thoughtful! From what I know these are only available at this outlet ☺️ Staff is really nice, friendly and attentive. Will come and refill soup automatically, periodically. And gives caring instructions on cooking time etc. takes care of customers well, especially during the cooking (give customers heads up about flames and heat etc.) Honourable mention on Alex! He was really attentive, caring and helpful. Super friendly too! He is the mastermind behind what makes this outlet stand out, which is really cool! Will definitely recommend this place and specifically this outlet to everyone! Atmosphere is also super good! Came on a weekday so it wasn’t as crowded, got air cond, place is well ventilated and is also super clean! (Even the toilet is super clean!) Overall a 11/10 experience here, I’ll definitely come back here!

Me and my family came here to eat on 2 occasions. The first trip was great. We ordered 2 different kinds of soup, and the food items were delicious. The boss is kind and communicates well, friendly overall. However. The second trip was not as pleasant. There is a worker who is chinese, wears a black cap, wearing square glasses. Is quite rude, shouted at me im a rude tone when I wanted to order. Although the food is still great, I doubt ill be making any returns. Just beware of him yall. 2/5, 4/5 if the second round wasnt as bad. Food isnt bad, service is dependant, and if its bad, its pretty yikes.

Three soup bases available, the signature lala, chicken and shrimp. Tried their signature lala soup, the broth base is good. This is essentially a hotpot, with the sides can be ordered. The soup is cooked on a charcoal claypot stove table side. Like all other lala pot places, you can add unlimited Chinese rice wine and various condiments into the broth to elevate the flavour. Don't skip out on the fried garlic, which can be asked for extra.
