Environment, they looks small outside but inside is very spacious and very comfortable even full house you don’t feel like crowded or no personal space. Furnitures are all good wood, cleanliness very well taken care of. The best thing I love about it all utensils are soaked in boiled water and bring to your table, you can have your meal in a very safe and clean environment! WELL DONE!

For service wise, staff very attentive, alert! And fast acting! If the restaurant is full, they will take your order while still waiting for a table, once you get a seat, they will process the order directly! Practical! And Smart!

Food served very fast despite of peak hours or not! And they serve all at once so you can start your meal at once!

For food variety, so much variety and Choices! My personal preference is the sushi rolls! Sooo delicious and the taste matched and compliments each other !

Drinks, I always go for green juice, it’s not as bad as I thought, natural fruit sweet in just nice level, and very refreshing. Always comfort my indigestion. That’s why I always come back here for more!

Overall their meal I find it not much msg, very natural and authentic, at very reasonable price!

Be careful of the portion, their portion is quite generous we ended up always over order and need to take away!

You have to fix some of your staff attitudes that dont use their brains to learn some customer service, I worked in a few lines and never seen this kind of logic in a restaurant before. The six seater table has 2 fans pointed at our seating area. There are 3 air conditioners turned on, 2 fans at the back pointing to the kitchen. We asked the polite staff that looks to be the younger one to turn off both fans thats pointed at us as its blowing the air condition directly at us. We have 2 grandmothers with us, we just didn’t want the fans blowing at them, we never asked to change the temp of the aircond at all. No other customers complained about us asking the staff to turn off the fan. Then 2 of your older staffs from the back were shouting and complaining loudly “MANA BOLEH TUTUP, PANASLAH, JANGAN BAGI TUTUP”. I really recommend those 2 to lose alot of weight cause it seems only the both of them were hot. They couldn't even lower the fan speed, just kept shouting its hot and were not allowed to close the fan. The polite staff serving us still helped us out by lowering the fan speed. The foods are nice But the experiences are brought down by a cashier/ waiter at the restaurant named Jay His attitude was very rude to us while we order and add on food.

In addition we didn't know about the food come with complimentary sushi and he rudely open the menu for us and left us dumbfounded by his action. He raised his voice at us when we did further enquiry

During payment, he asked if I am a "member" that i replied"No" He subsequently raise his voice and stare his eye at me and behave very rudely to me " I mean member/number , member/number you know? ". I was shocked at his attitude and thought he might be saying and asking for" numbers", thus I given him my numbers that he roll his eyeball. And eventually I know he is checking if i am a member whereby I replied him much earlier but he didn't catch.
