Last Friday, we went to this restaurant for the first time. And Yesterday, we visited them for the second time. Well, it’s a matter of individual preference I believe 😃
😍🥰🤩Pork Belly Set With Cheese😍🥰😘 Tender Pork Belly, Crispy on the outside and Juicy within, so Wildly Flavorful, it’s just the dish I lovingly crave. When it pairs with the melted cheese —- so Stretchy and Immersive. The feel-good sensation that it offers, that’s the reason why we were here again. OMG! One of the Tastiest Combo I have ever had so far.
Not forgetting about the Chicken soup Without MSG. Yeah, you heard right. No MsG, Hard to believe huh? It is Nice and Warm, just right up my alley 😋😋😋 Real Korean delicacy, Bravo!
Most importantly, the boss and the attendants are both Courteous and Welcoming. They read you and give you what you need. Such an inviting atmosphere that combines fantastic food with great customer service, literally add unique touches to delight all its diners.
Wow, Good People with Good Food. What else could make these better...
Read moreMimi never misses with their Korean food. It's a little on the pricey side but we've been coming here since they've opened and quality has always been consistent.
We got their marinated pork+kimchi stew set, a kimchi pancake, bossam, beef bulgogi, bibimbap (not the claypot one) and tteokbokki.
If you don't like runny yolk with your bibimbap, just let the staff know and they'll cook it until it's dry like my skin. We always ask for the kimchi pancake to be made extra crispy which makes it so much better when eaten alone or when soaked in the hot kimchi stew. The bossam comes with its own different pickle and is a lovely package when wrapped with the lettuce. The tteokbokki was chewy and had plenty of fish cake and sauce. The kimchi stew was hearty and we ordered an extra ramen to be put inside. As it continues to boil, the soup becomes super thick and punchy.
Definitely recommend you come here and give it a try. They don't take reservations and only open at night, so come a little bit earlier if you don't want to...
Read moreThis little hidden gem is nestled in a slightly quieter area of Ara Damansara, just after Lotus. Due to the opening hours of this place, parking is not an issue as the surrounding area does not have any shops operating.
The simple, yet functional decor of the place belies the great food that's served here. The menu offers the usual range of Korean fare, and I did not set my expectations too high when I first walked in. I was wrong.
The food is very good. Almost everything was above par of what you'd get from other Korean restaurants, and some I could even say were the best I've eaten. The pajeon (pancake) were superb. Bibimbap was also very good, and I also liked the spicy chicken and pork.
Prices are reasonable for Korean fare, but the testimony of how good this place is was the queue that formed just outside the restaurant by the...
