Understand that there are a lot of people during lunch time peak hour and staff might be rushing to prepare drinks but still proper SOP and hygiene has to be maintained. I saw staff took out cups which already have lemon slices inside from fridge and then stagging the cups on the counter top. This is not so hygiene cause the bottom and outer layer of the upper cup is already touching the inner layer of the bottom cup. Some even the upper cup's bottom already in contact with the lemon of the bottom cup which is ewww. Then another staff want to be quick also just 1 shot take 8 cups with all fingers gripping the inner layer of the cups. By right staff should only hold outer layer of the cup for hygiene purpose.

Hi guys. I am a regular and have been quite happy coming here. However, my recent visit has led me to think there may be some issues with quality control. The ice cream didn't taste the same and the topping seemed like a cheaper replacement. Hope you guys look into this matter.

Went there 6 July. After ordering, I produced my card to have it stamped. Guess what? The cashier just said they don't have the stamp and gave the card back. No sorry...no bother. Honestly...can someone please look into...
