This restaurant come with it's own style and signature. It prepared limited types of dishes but all of them taste so good and very delicious. First menu on the list, you should try to have Nasi Kerabu. It's one of the best Nasi Kerabu I ever had. They do it with perfection! You can try to have it with roasted beef (Daging bakar) or with Ayam Percik (Chicken with gravy). They make it complete with 'keropok ikan', salted egg and full of veggie. The second best menu I found here was the Laksam. I am not sure wether it's Laksam from Kelantan or Terengganu, but they make it very tasty. Thick gravy and full plate with Laksam which you cannot resist. Nasi Pak Man itself were the white rice with curry gravy, eat with fried chicken and completed with 'sambal' (chillis). In the morning, here they also served Nasi Lemak with a very delicious sambal. What I love most at this restaurant was, they also have toast-bread with 'kaya' jam, and it's very suitable to match with 'kopi-O' (black coffe) to create classic feel. I can assure you that most food provided by Nasi Pak Man, is the best so called 'kopitiam'...
Read moreOn the table is Nasi Fusion (nasi kukus, kerabu and dagang with sambal squid, sambal prawn and grilled meat) and Laksam.
The rice infused with bunga telang (butterfly pea) had me in love with the 🔵 and ⚪ but sadly only a hint of the smell. The nasi dagang however was full bodied and brought out the characteristics of the rice and husk. The meat was dry and didn't suit the dish; the fried chicken was severely dehydrated (this was bad and embarrassing in comparison to road side stalls).
The Laksam had a good coconut milk ratio to the fish, wasn't too milky or too diluted. The ulam (raw vegetables) were good (Pro-Tip: if the beansprouts smell, the ulam is not fresh). I only wished that the sambal chili had kick to jolt the dish.
Nasi Pak Man is located further down from the main Kota Damansara center, parking is fairly easy, Halal and Muslim friendly.

Had the Nasi Dagang Gulai Ayam, service has improved significantly as compared to before. Meals came in less than 10 minutes.
So, Nasi Dagang Lauk Ayam, was excellent. Came with acar in which the cucumber was julienned and carrots was sliced thinly. Also it cam with half of a hardboiled egg, which i believe, was cooked in the lauk ayam gravy.
Surprisingly enough, one of the side dishes served together was fried ikan masin bulu ayam. Superb combo with the entire dish.
The rice was very fluffy and well cooked with the right balance of santan, shallots, garlic and young ginger.
The gulai ayam was smothered in thick dark brownish gravy, you can taste the gula nisan, which makes the overall taste more lemak. By far, Pak Man's Gulai Ayam is one of the best I've tasted.
Will add photos when I visit them...
