Kuppi & Sekut Caffe — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Kuppi & Sekut Caffe left me extremely unsatisfied. Firstly, the chicken dish I ordered was beyond terrible. It was as if I was chewing on a rock rather than a piece of chicken. The texture was tough and unpleasant, and the taste was completely unappetizing.

Adding insult to injury, I discovered a small insect in one of my meals. This was not only revolting but also unacceptable in terms of hygiene standards. What's worse is that the staff didn't even bother to offer me a free replacement meal or any form of compensation as an apology. This lack of accountability and customer service was truly disappointing.

Furthermore, the lamb chop I tried was equally dreadful. Not only was the meat of poor quality, but the overwhelming smell emanating from it reminded me of something far from appetizing—it reminded me of my grandmother's unpleasant bathroom odor. It was a nauseating experience that I never expected from a supposedly reputable restaurant.

Considering the abysmal quality of the food, the insect infestation, and the lack of proper resolution, I cannot recommend Kuppi & Sekut Caffe to anyone. I hope my feedback serves as a warning to others who might be considering...

Been repeating the caffe for quite sometime whenever I crave for Chicken Chop! The chicken chop is top tier for me because of the batter use and the sauce. Both the chicken and sauce really compliment each other. But, you might get "muak" if you eat it together with milk based drinks.
