Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

This is worst pizza hut branch i have ever faced in malaysia. I don't know how to explain my words but i am so disappointed with their stuff behaviour. First of fall i am not a racist but i am not claiming down without mention their behaviour. There have few stuff but i want to tell specifically counter stuff who receive order a old tamil women. She's behaviour is so disgusting and rude. Maybe she don't like her duties or something else. I am appealing to draw the attention of the authorities please check your stuff behaviour otherwise you will lose lot of customer for them. I am not going this branch for sure. So now i am telling what's problem i faced. Basically i go to there because it's near my apartment and I buy only personal pizza from there. But last two days i went there for buy personal pizza and whenever i went there they said the pizza finish. But i went at between 1-2 clock. And also they charged extra 20 cent for plastic bag which is not suppose to be charged because i also bought pizza from other branches and they didn't charge any extra money for plastic bag and even though also don't provide any kind of tissue or sauces but other branches provide it. So many people will think my behaviour was bad or something but i want clarify i know how to deal or approach the stuff when i buy something from them. So this is all my experience with this worst...

I ordered from Pizza Hut apps to be delivered @ 745pm. I waited until 0800 but still no call from rider. I decided to go to my lobby to see if the driver had put the food in the lobby but no pizza to be found.

Called Pizza Hut service centre 3 times then only Ara Damansara outlet got back to me. Staff said order has been out a long time and rider has took the food and delivered. Explain the same thing, no call was made or Whatsapp when rider delivered the food. But kind enough the staff said she would replace the food and send it personally as it had been the 3rd time the rider has taken the food but did not deliver to customers address.

Thank you to the staff of Pizza Hut Ara Damansara outlet in taking their time to make a new pizza for me instead of asking me to report and ask for a refund online. And also used their own personal car to send it to my address. Thank you for your kind act ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Pizza Hut. I pre-ordered my food to be delivered at 7:30pm. I waited until 9:00pm and nothing arrived. I had to drive to the branch myself to find out what was going on, only to be told that the order was “already delivered” but their system showed the rider never delivered it.

When I asked for a refund, I was told they could not give me my money back. Instead, the only option was to make a new order and wait again. Why should I have to wait even longer when it was their mistake? I wanted my money, not another delay. Their excuse was that they couldn’t refund because the order was already “out” in their system.

This is not just poor service—it’s terrible management. I’m left questioning whether they actually prepared my order at all or if this was just a cover-up for their mistake. Customers should not have to chase down their own food or beg for their money back. Pizza...
