Extremely Disappointed – Overpriced and Poor Quality*
I had a very unpleasant experience at a Chinese restaurant in Petaling Jaya recently. I ordered a few simple dishes: Dry Chilli Chicken (small), Baby Kailan (medium), Claypot Tofu (small), and a fried egg. However, what I received were clearly small portions, yet I was charged for medium-sized dishes without any justification.
To make matters worse, the food was far from satisfactory. The Dry Chilli Chicken was overly salty and lacked flavour, the vegetables were soggy, and the tofu dish had hardly any ingredients apart from the sauce. For the quality and portion size, the final bill of RM162 was shocking.
When I requested a proper bill or itemised receipt, the staff could not provide one. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness in their pricing. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Claypot Salted Pork Belly - RM 45 Claypot Mushroom Chicken - RM 45 Claypot Tofu with Vegetable - RM 25 Choy Tam (Cabbage Shoot) - RM 25
(Everything was Medium portion)
Pork and Chicken price was the same, starts from RM35 (Small), RM45 (Medium), RM55 (Large)
5x Small Rice portion, RM2 per bowl. (Apparently small and large portion is the "same price" which doesn't makes sense, but when I questioned, they returned RM5 to me)
Overall was a very expensive meal, above it's restaurant setting.
I don't mind paying more for food but not at this restaurant and this atmosphere.
Came out of the restaurant smelling bad and oily due to bad ventilation.
Visit if you really need or want to, but be warned to ask properly for the price before committing. They are asking for above the average market rate for the quality of food...
