Ordered Mexican burger deal containing 2 burgers. One contained freshly prepared petti while the other was totally cold. If it is about taste, it is better than McDonalds. The fizzy drinks despenser needs to be relocated or the door behind it need to be sealed, as there is alternate main door. When the door swings back to close it hits badly the person using dispenser. The service staff today is incompetent! First, she got my order wrong! Which cost the price a tad higher than usual. Then she gave only a piece of tissue. When I got up and ask again for extra, she only gave 1 MORE tissue! Come on! I've never seen service staff this bad! Is this how Corporate Texas Chicken train their staff? Most staff would give MORE than 1 just in case the table isn't properly wiped or if the chair is dirty. Why the sudden change? And the tissue isn't even the official TC emblem! Amazingly, can anything be this bad. Chicken bland, thankfully steaming hot; "biscuit" if that's Texan Chicken definition of a half baked scone with clammy flour. Coleslaw .. you can taste the metal knife or cutting board it was cut on. Drinks self serve .. all 6 flavors dispenser not functioning, and no ice. Only ice tea -- if you like lukewarm room temp. Whole outlet is old, run down.  Only pleasant are the 2 counter service who were efficient, patient & courteous -- they deserve to work elsewhere better instead of a dump like...
