I love to support local business in my area. I am so impressed with order menu using QR scanner and order. They also can be order manually through their staff. Now I able to get my dimsum fix here especially their 'lo mai kai"/chicken glutinous rice. It's not only tasty but really soft especially their chicken meat. Second recommended is their fried turnip cake. Crisps outside and super soft inside. Amazing taste with some sweet chilli sauce. Sadly no tart available. Will come again to try other dishes soon. The price range between RM 3 to RM 8.90 which I feel average (depand how many u have ordered). Very helpful staff. There are 4 slightly things need improvement. Their bao really need improvise. 1) The bun so thick ratio compare to meat inside. 2) The ambient kinda hot as spotlight hit direct to me with small space between table kinda tight. 3) They kinda mix up with my order. They seem not aware what dishes have served. Been interrupt twice for my order. 4) I am not well verse in Mandarin, please don't assume everyone may understand Mandarin. Overall was OK. They accept cash & QR Pay/E-WALLET PAY like MAE/TNG only. No credit card. Will recommend to friends and family to support local business...
Read moreWe passed by this new dim sum shop several times and decided to give it a try today. First impressions: the service was decent initially. This was our first visit, and I found the kopi to be quite gao and tasty. However, my son’s honey lemon drink was extremely sweet, even though we had requested it to be less sweet.
As for the food, the prawn dumplings were a major letdown. When I bit into one, it was completely cold and still frozen and raw inside—an awful experience that left me feeling disgusted. It gave me such a phobia that for the rest of the meal, I had to check if every item was warm inside before daring to eat it. After complaining, the waiter reheated the same dumplings and served them back to me, which was unacceptable. When I questioned the waiter about how they could serve the same ones again, she eventually called the boss out. The boss apologized and replaced them with a fresh batch.
The siu mai didn’t meet my expectations, but the char siew bao was decent. However, with better dim sum options elsewhere, I probably won’t be...
Read moreThe Myanmar girl was extremely rude and unpleasant. She understood Malay well, but she spoke to me as if she wanted to bite my head off. Her face was a constant sulk, no smile, no sorry, nothing! Asked for someone else, a guy came out, who was much more pleasant, helpful and respectful.
When Chinese customers came in the Myanmar girl was smiley and pleasant to all of them, could it be she didnt like my brown skin?
Food was okay, I had char siew pao, tau sar pau and prawn chee cheong fun. Nothing too great, just okay.
I almost wanted to walk away after the interaction with that girl but i stayed because I was tired, hungry and just wanted to eat some bao.
To the owner of this place, please tell your staff, to be more polite. Even if someone didnt understand the language, can always bring in someone else to speak right? But this girl knew exactly what i was saying because i asked her "why are you barking at me" and she pulled an even...
