I initially booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 3, thanks to some foreseen circumstances (I missed my flight…). Thankfully, my entire stay was super pleasant!

One of the first things I noticed and really appreciated was the fresh, pleasant scent that greeted me when I opened the door to my room. The towels and bathrobe were thick, clean, comfy, and smelled great. The aircon was nice and cold, but luckily the duvet was warm and cozy, so I slept comfortably.

Even though the room was on the smaller side (loved it tho!!), it was thoughtfully designed. There was a built-in desk, chair, trash can, and hooks for clothes, towels, and the robe, which made the space feel clean, functional and organized. There are also dedicated outlets near the bed, which I really appreciated for charging my phone/powerbanks overnight.

The hotel is also smart! it doesn’t use keys or cards but scans QR codes provided by staff..... Express check-in doesn’t seem too far-fetched for this place! The shared spaces were also very clean and well-maintained. I barely saw anyone hanging around, it seemed like most guests were enjoying their own cozy rooms (which I totally get, haha).

There’s cushioned booth seating and a bar counter where guests can eat, chat, or work. Even at the reception area, there’s space where you can sit down to eat or get some work done. I personally stayed there to eat and chat a few times during my stay. There’s also a kitchen counter with a sink, water dispenser, and cups available for everyone, which was super convenient. I also really liked the shower area. Men's and women's sections are separated (a big plus), designated prayer room and there are hairdryers available, great for night showerers like me. I didn’t count the exact number of cubicles, but there were plenty. Each one had two shower heads (one large, one handheld), a toilet bowl, a mirror, and a small floating shelf for toiletries. The water heater worked right away, which was a nice touch.

Quick heads-up for future guests! It's not encouraged to wear shoes inside, and avoid eating in your room. It’s a small way to show respect for the space, the staff, and the next guests who’ll stay after you :)

One of the things that really surprised me was how conveniently located Napzbox is, public transport is super accessible. Just note: it’s around 1.5 hours from the airport (KUL), so plan accordingly.

And finally, I was genuinely touched by how warm, kind, and hospitable the people behind Napzbox are. If you get a chance to meet them, please be kind... they really go the extra mile to make guests...

This is a very new capsule hotel in the same building as Qliq hotel. Although the hotel is still in its trial phase, I absolutely love the overall concept and design of the pod.

The room is compact, as expected for a capsule setup, but it’s thoughtfully designed with a smart layout and pleasant warm color palette. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, everything smells fresh. I especially appreciated the privacy, with each room featuring a small window facing outside. Good ventilation for the each room.

Access is keyless and operated via QR code – a very convenient and modern feature.

The shared bathroom was also well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available – no complaints there.

If I had to point out a downside, parking in the area is quite limited, so that could be a challenge for those driving in. Also, the check-in counter wasn’t consistently staffed, but I was informed by the owner that they are currently in training mode and working toward more organized staff management for a seamless check in. I would also appreciate if there are more comprehensive information about the hotel location which is located at the 1st floor.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and think this hotel has great potential. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers or budget-conscious guests looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay. I also hope the hotel operators would continue this hotel for long. Will I come back? Certainly...

The most comfortable budget pod hotels I’ve stayed at. It might be difficult to locate at first if you're not aware, the hotel is located inside Qliq Hotel on Level 1. You'll need to enter the hotel and take the lift up.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Lotus Mutiara Damansara, The Curve, IPC Shopping Centre, Kidzania and MRT Mutiara Damansara. Plenty of amenities just downstairs including 24 hour MyNews, Cafes, Laundromat, massage parlour, and 24 hour mamak shop

Each person gets their own private “room” instead of just a regular pod. The room is equipted with a table and lockable door accessed via your private QR code. Very affordable, new and clean, and the crowd has been respectful and quiet so far. The bathroom has strong water pressure, hot water, and a hair dryer. A small section of the bathroom is under maintenance at the moment, but doesn’t affect much. The front desk is also a very...

One of the best capsule-themed hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s located inside Qlip hotel, at level 1. I had trouble looking for it as there’s no signboard from outside. Room is clean and bright, access using QR code instead of physical key. Really peaceful and quiet in room thanks to good soundproofing, and because the rooms are in the “quiet zone” . Compared to other capsule room which doesn’t allow standing up, this one actually could. There’s a small chair and table too. Toilets are clean and spacious, with strong hot showers and bidet. The only downside is that NO toilet papers provided, which is weird. Check-in process at the reception (for my case) was slow, because the receptionist guy seemed new and was learning. But I hope he gets better. Overall, it’s very worth the price, and I might stay again whenever I’m in this area.
