Richfield Corner — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Unpleasant experience. Came here last night with my partner for a good dinner. The waiter (a white guy) immediately told us there’s ntg much on the menu and we would have to wait very long and asked what will we like to drink. I then said pls check with the kitchen and get back to me. He came back with my drinks and told me the food is not available. I cancelled the drink and he was angry. It was not my fault that he didn’t update me first after all I was there for the food. He kept blaming me and even told that I asked him to bring the drinks first (which I didn’t) I asked him who can I speak to and he didn’t even bother to call the manager. We then just walked away. Such a bad experience coming back to this bar which used to be so good around 8 years ago. Chicken varuval is no more heated up before served to the table. The new waitresses (females) are clueless about their own alcoholic beverage's package/promo and irritatingly very rude with the heir facial expressions (has zero customer service ethics) and even worse customers need to wave our hand several times to get them coming to our table to take orders as they are busy talking to other customers (probably the regular customers)!

Hats off to the Iranian waiter who took his own efforts to come and serve my table (didn't manage to get his name).

This place used to be awesome and I visited in the afternoon where the staff behave like customer and customer have to do all the walking and searching for staff. Check the bill as there will be surprised as the waiters drink beer n you might pay for it.
