The service we received was impeccable. What sets this establishment apart was their remarkable ability to provide an unrushed dining experience, allowing you the time and space to make your choices without feeling hurried or pressured. The manager Syeda greeted us by our names on our arrival, making you feel like an honoured guest. Syeda and Hakim were very attentive and friendly without being intrusive, which made our evening all the more enjoyable.
I have never had any freshly-baked pastry of any sort in my life but their bread service was truly astounding. The taste of this cute little freshly-baked bread (especially the shea butter bread) was absolutely delightful, and it paired exquisitely with the special house-made butter. Each bite was a revelation - the bread was wonderfully crispy on the outside, offering a satisfying crunch, while inside, it was incredibly soft and pillowy. It was the perfect prelude to an exceptional dining experience.
The crab cake was an exquisite masterpiece of flavor. It was abundantly filled with generous portions of real, succulent crab meat, making each bite a true indulgence for seafood lovers. The taste was a harmonious blend of sweetness from the crab, and what truly elevated this dish was the sauce. Its creamy richness was expertly balanced, enhancing the natural sweetness of the crab without overpowering it.
The prawn bisque was nothing short of extraordinary with each spoonful delivering a burst of pure, unadulterated prawn essence, accompanied by luxurious, almost creamy consistency that allowed the prawn flavours to linger. My main course was the black ink pasta with stuffed squid. The pasta, combined with a velvety sauce that clings to every surface, it lingered long after the last bite. The stuffed squid was enveloped by a pronounced grilled taste and was enticingly chewy.
As for the beef, we ordered ribeye MB5. Each bite was an effortless journey, with the meat practically yielding to the slightest pressure of your...

I made reservations for dinner to celebrate a birthday there a few days ago. But to our surprise there was a networking event that booked the whole place and was ongoing when we arrived at 7pm as per our reservation. We were informed that the event would end at 730pm. Upon realising that they overlooked my reservation, the staff (Syeda) apologised profusely and tried to accommodate us.
We were ushered to a table to view the menu while they cleared the dining hall to prepare our table.
Apart from the networking event people who lingered to have their dinner after the event (just 1 table at one corner) we had the whole place to ourselves.
When we placed our orders, my only concern was that the food would be prepared hastily to make up for the reservation oversight. But luckily they were able to prepare and cook the food as usual.
We ordered the Stuffed Zucchini and Charcoal Grilled Surf & Turf. The steak cooked medium rare was our favourite followed by the medium cooked lamb from the Surf & Turf. All you need is a tiny bit of salt (option of sea salt and truffle salt) to go with the meat to elevate the taste. There were also 3 different types of mustard to choose from, but the salt was good enough for me.
Throughout the whole evening Syeda was just apologising for the booking oversight. She was very attentive and proactive in her service. Had a good chat with her and learned that they actually changed the menu just 2 days ago. So the menu was slightly different from what I downloaded online from their website a few days ago. No more foie gras and no more tomahawk steak in the new menu due to supply isaue and quality.
Oh, not to forget the Kaiser and Wholemeal bread with the compound butter was really good. The bread was warm when it was served. Really good bread,...
Read moreTL;DR - Food is great, service was excellent. There’s a private room that fits comfortably 10-12 pax. Not accessible friendly though.
Location - This was a bit confusing as a first timer. But it’s pretty straight forward. For drop-offs, you may walk using the scenic pathway on the perimeter of the grassy-bricked pathway towards the restaurant from the pick-up/drop-off lobby. If you’re driving, there’s ample shaded parking, and once you passed the ticket gantry, follow the restaurant sign that leads you nearer to the restaurant front.
Food - We ordered the prawn bisque, Spanish bone marrow, the bbq ribs and surf & turf (this itself is big enough for 2-3 pax sharing). The prawn bisque was light and very flavourful, and can be requested to split into two smaller bowls to share. The bone marrow definitely steals the show for me, since I personally love bone marrows. The BBQ ribs were cooked to my definition of perfection, paired with their own made BBQ sauce. As for their surf & turf, there was quite a wide variety paired with their own mayo, chimichurri sauce and one more which I can’t quite remember. There was tiger prawns, small rack of lamb, steak and grilled octopus.
Service - Good food itself wouldn’t cut it if their service wasn’t on point too. The wait staffs were quite attentive throughout the whole dining duration. Eagerly asking how was each meal and actively taking down any feedbacks if there were any. Really a big shoutout to Syeda and the team!
Definitely looking forward to our next carnivorous outing back at Savage, this time I’d love to try their tomahawk and...
