Starbucks Petronas Kota Damansara — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Should have dedicated parking for Starbucks customer eventhough the Starbucks located within Petronas area. I need to pay for the fine (the fine is RM50, but the Petronas guy said pay RM30 to unlock the clamp) as I parked more than 45 mins as I do my work in Starbucks. I had breakfast, lunch and tea time in the Starbucks, not sitting in there for free. In that case, the staff should just remind the customer about this. This is totally not a strategic place for Starbucks to be located in Petronas area 🙄🙄🙄. I chose this Starbucks as it's the nearest branch to my house and the place is cozy, not much customer so that I can do my work peacefully. This branch no longer my choice in future. Should've go to Sunway Giza area rather than paying RM30 for nothing. Parking vallet also much cheaper...

Got scalded badly. First, they did not use a tray for my food and beverage. Secondly they didn't close the lid on the hot coffee. When I held the cup to lift it, the squeeze forced the lid to open and spilled the boiling hot coffee onto my hand, giving me a bad scald. This is extremely bad management in the service industry. And use of lousy quality cups will end up scalding...

The place has a limited time and parking lot. As you know that get to this place is a difficult at peak hours, after reaching there parking your car and get there place your orders it's take time fifteen minutes you only have half and hour. After your meals get to your car and will find out your car was clamp. I don't understand why this thing happened. That's why not many people...
