worst service ever, when requested for chicken part, they said will check for me but after that they brought out the wrong parts. Requested to check another round, they said ok, went in and came back out with the paper bag fully packed, not letting us check the order.

It's ok if you don't have the part, just tell me instead of saying will check but come out and give us cold chicken and wrong parts without even saying a single word.

I ordered the samurai and chicken mcnugget combo takeaway, when my food number is called, I went and grab the food but realized my drink isn't here. I asked the counter guy, he checked my receipt. Then he took a drink from the counter and gave it to me, I grabbed it and went into my car, but had some suspicion cuz the drink was placed on counter after my takeaway bag by a different person, I took a sip, it was lemon tea no ice. I ordered coke ice so I went back to mcd and complain, in the end they gave me coke ice. Counter didn't even check my drink and he just gave it to me, no wonder this location got so many 1...

Parked my car right next to this outlet and waited over 40 minutes for my food. Still nothing. When I went in to ask, the staff had the audacity to mock me twice with “Dah sampai rumah ke?” instead of taking responsibility. I told her I had been parked right outside the entire time, and she casually admitted she might have given my order to someone else 🙂
