Restoran Ali Maju — Restaurant in Putrajaya

This was my first time here, and I didn’t realize it was self-service. I ordered teh ais mangkuk and nasi kandar, proceeded with payment, and went to my table. After a while, I noticed my drink hadn’t arrived, so I approached the staff to ask about it. Instead of assisting, they simply said, “SELF-SERVICE!” 😑 I asked where to collect it, but they just repeated, “SELF-SERVICE!”

At that moment, I was in the middle of eating, so I politely requested if they could help me get it. However, they kept repeating the same response. They could have just given clear instructions instead of insisting on “self-service” without any guidance. 🤷‍♂️ Despite having more staff than customers, they chose to gossip instead of assisting. The lousiest restaurant ever located in Putrajaya. If given award this place can get no.1 for its unbelievably "lembap" service. Its like all the lazy people are gathered and working here.

There is no quick bite here. If you order anything you will have to sit almost an hour to get your food. Its self service here. However the drink maker is fast but unfortunately the way he looks at you like you are not welcomed and made his life miserable.

This place shouldn't even be the last choice to dine in if you come to Putrajaya. It closes at 11pm and one old guy will stare at you if...

I have tried the Ali maju restaurant branch in sri rampai too,food quality and taste is similar, delicious and affordable. Just difference is here is self service but there is they get order from customers. I really like and enjoy sweet mango salad and snacks here,some of the herbal things are available also like pure honey olive oil ,dates and vinager,services are quick and reliable, staff is helpful, clean and tidy place, huge area for dining.
