Good initiative by the community to create urban green tracks for both hikers and mountain bikes. Signage for the entrance is placed quite in and hidden from the main pathway. Total length is 1.4km. Went today and quite disappointed and lost cause the trails seemed not maintained for some time with long bushes and fallen trees branches cutting of the tracks. Once went deeper inside the track, almost no direction sign for tracks. Barrier tape also all worn out and many sections are without barrier tapes. Tracks users might easily wander off track. Even found a huge hornet nest so be careful not to crash into it. MTB enthusiasts just be careful when you’re here. Hope they will make good this track to...
Read moreit is well opened but not well maintained. The flora is basically what you would expect from a small secondary forest not yet slated for development. No exotic flora or large ancient trees. No wild animals. At least not seen/heard.
But then again, people come to Putrajaya for the lake, bridges and buildings. But it is good if you want some walk inside the 'woods' when you want to be alone and there is extremely low risk of being lost (its beside the road, if you lost the trail markers, just walk though the shrubs to the sound of cars or people cycling). Read moreEasy enough trail. Hybrids and gravel bikes can go through it just fine. You can have a fun running laps around here, good for time trials or just practicing basic forms and techniques.
