Read moreFor a 'mamak' restaurant, its price is quite on the high side. You need to dish out approximately MYR 15 per plate for a mutton curry whilst others will only charge you around MYR 10. The other things that doesn't make sense to me is the 10% service charge if u opted to dine at their Air-conditioning area. This is my 2nd dining experience over there and suffice to say, I'd rather frequent other shop at that price range (for example, a full course of mutton beriyani with condiments, egg and the papadums will cost you around MYR 22, whilst a simple beriyani rice with mutton will cost you MYR 20)
The beriyani rice is good though, I'd even say it is amongst the better ones in Kota Kinabalu. Overall, if you are okay to paying a tad extra ringgit and extra 10% for their air conditioning service then this place is for you.

Read moreOmgggg i wasnt even hungry when I came in but everything was so good, that I ate ravenously. The tandoori chicken was moist and flavorful, served with lime and mint sauce, perfect, portion was good too. Naan cheese with real cheese and one you can do a long cheese pull, seasoned perfectly, tho the cheese could have more salt. Curry and dhal was flavorful. Hope they introduce garlic sauce too like Anak Mami. Then there’s this sago with mango, gula melaka and coconut milk. Its great, bit small for rm10. Teh tarik ping good too. Everything i ate for Rm40, yeah pricy but worth it. Service very pleasant as always, very friendly, smile-y and respectful. The cinnamon tea as welcoming tea served its purpose, increase your appetite😂environment wise its peaceful eating outside at 9pm and raining, they dont turn on the fan since its cold. Male toilet is broken when I went here. Restaurant is open until quite late, at 12am or 11pm. Oh waiting time is like 15...
