Open-aired coffee house at corner lot. Can be hot in the shop with occasional wind into the cafe.

Parking at that area is very challenging & limited. More so during peak hours. Oh ya, parking ticket is required.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

However, tables set up are very close to each other in order to accommodate high loads of customers. So close that you can hear the next table’s conversation even if you don’t want to.

During peak time, you have to wait to be seated. Waiting time is subjective. We waited about 10minutes to be seated. So while waiting, you can browse through the menu and put in the order sheet first, then pass to the staff once you seated. Because it will be another waiting for the foods & drinks to arrive.

Foods: Claypot beef yee mee (clear soup by default) (RM 11.90) - 1 person portion; contained egg, anchovies, mince & slice beef. Taste is just nice, not salty. You may change the soup base with additional charge.

Wat Dan Ho (RM 10.50) with fish (RM 2.50) - 1 person portion; taste is so-so. Fish is fried fillets.

Polo bun served with butter on-side (RM 5.90) - taste is so-so though the bun is soft, the polo part is crunchy but not sufficient.

Hainan Kaya Butter (RM 3.50 - 1set) - per piece is razor-thin. Good thing is the butter is thick enough. Not as crispy compared to KK time square branch. Taste is otherwise nice.

Drinks - sweet! Coffee tastes not that strong.

These are my personal opinions. So , it’s subjective. If you are nearby and managed to get parking, can try this place. I think I will give it some time to try...

Visited here twice, most of the menus were not available, worst being on 13 july 2024 around 7pm, ordered food for 5 pax, informed by the waitress to change menu x2, because fish was out of stock, then only after 20mins of waiting, we were told that there were no beef, no prawn, no fish meat available at the restaurant, whereas the other 3 orders had already arrived at the table. At the end we had to divide ourselves into 2 teams and dined in at 2 different restaurants despite coming together for family dinner. Such a disappointment! Owner of this branch, kindly be advised to pay attention to train your INCOMPETENT workers in preparing food ingredients ahead. If certain menus are not available, be sure to inform the customer IN TIME, instead of making us waiting for your update after a long time. First of all I order crossaint with chicken slice and cheese. Ok the waiters say no more crossaint. Ok fine, then I ask the waiters, what food u not available right now. So I don't order it and say no right. Then he say No ，all available only crossaint. Ok fine. I believe what he say. After that I say I want crispy salad prawn with butter rice (since the menu written is the best choice so I try) , he say only available konlomee and white rice?! I did ask what is not available right which is included the mee and the butter rice too. OK fine then konlomee lah. After a few moments, another guy say No more prawn. I was super angry, what service is you guys doing. So lausy. I really recommend u guys put a blackboard at the shop which everyone can see and written what is not available today rather then customer order already and say not available. Really...
