I recently dined at GFS Lintas and had a disappointing experience. I ordered two set of build your own bowl, the first bowl only arrived after 25 minutes, while the second bowl took 50 minutes, with no communication from the staff regarding the delay.
I nearly developed gastric issues and feeling headache from the prolonged wait. Despite asking three different staff members about the status of my order, I received awkward expressions and inadequate explanations. When I mentioned wanting to cancel my order, they simply smiled and walked away. Not to mention that, other customers who ordered after us were served before us.
When the second bowl finally arrived, it was unsatisfactory. The mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and baked pumpkin were served cold, and the soup was missing (please refer to the picture).
Additionally, the table was dirty, and I had to approach the kitchen area (which mention do not enter, for staffs only) to request that it be cleaned. This seemed to be the case for every customer, as the staff neglected to maintain the dining area.
The management of GFS should reconsider their approach to customer service and overall management. It is inappropriate for all employees to focus solely on the kitchen while neglecting customer care. The experience was soooo much better, they give you soup and the main dish bowl was so big compared to what you get by ordering online! And so much variety in the build your own bowl. If you dont like eating ducks, you’ll love the smoked duck here, trust me! Complete nutrition. Want prebiotics? Get yoghurt, and kimchi. Healthy fats? Get avocado, guacamole and almond butter. Want carb-free? Swap brown rice with greens. Also, the muslim woman staff who gave me the receipt was really welcoming and friendly🙏🏻 Just that im sitting near the kitchen, ada some flies on my table.
Edit: 2nd time visiting, I decrease the star from 5 to 4, please fix the kitchen door, make it close softer. Too noisy, it bangs every time staff enters/exit it...

Food is great as usual, exceptional service with the location being the only downside. I was there before 12pm and the entire environment feels so hot that it’s like sitting inside an oven. For me the good food is enough to compensate for this downside but I feel so pity for your staff… I can see steam in the kitchen when I was paying at the counter, and everyone inside is literally sweating.
