Uncle Pepper — Restaurant in Sabah

I'm giving 2 stars for now. Service was good, the staffs were friendly and quick to respond.

The downside was the food. I wanted a Beefsteak, but it seems like they are never going to have it forever. Lamb was overcooked and overseasoned. Its was too salty, and some part of it was burnt. Thankfully the coleslaw was there to neutralise the salty taste, I'm not a fan of coleslaw but it's good. I liked the grilled chicken.

The iced coffee was bad too. Too sweet and there's only a hint of coffee taste. I could get the same taste of coffee for maybe half the price from the night market "Air Balang". Not sure if it's just me but it seems like the people around this town love to over sweeten...

Food: I ordered the lamb steak and my wife ordered the fish and chips after we were told that beef steakwas not available. Yes was so ook if not exceptional. Service: rudimentary. The guy in the mask(!!) came to take the orders, nodded and mumbled unintelligibly. Not much help. A young lady, this time not hiding her face, took the orders after the mask didn't understand some thing or other. Atmosphere: non existent. Service is good. I only have 2 points of dissatisfaction. The food is very small portion, just a small piece of lamb chops and a small piece of chicken chops, and the lamb chops are all bones, how to eat? There is a problem with the order of serving, and it is not served with the number of the table. Some guests are late than us, their food is first! When i asking for my food, the staff said ' wait...
