Non-halal. Had kampua mee there recently. It was ok, at least I am certain that it really was a true kampua mee. Straight strand noodles, taste and texture wise was okay, but will not hit high marks. Not too salty or greasy, serving portion was reasonable.
Affordable but not cheap, in fact it was RM0.50 sens more than the tasty kolomee I had somewhere.
No complimentary soup unless a request, why ?
Teh O was OK too, RM2.00/glass. At the time of this writing, kampua mee was RM5.50, expensive by Sibu standard, and unless running out of options, wouldn't purposely going back for it.

The place looked nondescript, but the towkay neo was fast in coming to serve us. She speaks with heavy Foochow accent. We ordered kampua, pai-guo gan, kiaw and fried cook noodle.
Within 5 minutes, the food is started arriving. Food is delicious. Tasted authentic Foochow old time taste.
