Cloud9 Rooftop Bar & Dining — Restaurant in Sarawak

I was there on different occasions. Once when they first opened. Another time I went alone, and the third time with my partner. Each experience was completely different.

The first time there was a limited selection of food, but it's understandable, as the place was new. The staff were all new too, but had been very apologetic, courteous and helpful in making my visit as comfortable as possible.

The second time I went alone for a peace of mind. I wasn't expecting the staff (Fiqah, Biju, Frank) to be so friendly, accommodating and ended up spending the whole night chatting with them instead. They were great in explaining and assisting me with the selection of cocktails, and even made sure that I made it to my car safely.

The third time I went with my partner. Unfortunately, despite the amazing view, someone's car or house alarm went off. The sound was deafening. We had to move to the other side of the bar. From what I was told, the previous staff that I talked to had resigned. Food was still alright (I ordered snacks: fries). The selection and variety of cocktails/drinks do have space for growth though. Overall, a decent place to chill and relax for a bit if you go outside on the roof, and a nice place to vibe to the music if you prefer the cool aircon and...

My husband booked Valentine Dinner set for 2 person 2 weeks before and paid deposit RM150 as booking fee.

Last night, we arrived here at 7: 30pm (on time), as my husband booked 7: 30pm. But , unfortunately, we only been served with wine and starter after 2 hours(9: 30pm). My husband keep on asking for the foods at least more than 5 times, but still no speed up for the foods serve. This delay really make me felt so disappointed and spoiled my mood to celebrate Valentine Day with my husband.

As I expected, I manage to finish this dinner within 2 hours time, and I have to rush to hospital to send food to my mum who still admitted at the hospital. Unfortunately, I done my dinner at 10: 30pm. It really destroy my plan after dinner. This delay really make me so speechless and feeling so wasting time.

I hope this restaurant can have improvement after this, especially the service during the celebration...

I had a fantastic evening at Cloud 9 last night! The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the singer and guitarist, who had an incredible voice and an engaging stage presence. They performed a great mix of songs that kept the crowd entertained and added a special touch to the atmosphere.

The staffs at Cloud 9 were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. Our server made great drink recommendations and ensured we always had everything we needed, making us feel right at home.

The atmosphere was casual and perfect for a fun night out with friends. Whether you're looking to enjoy some top-notch live music or just want to unwind with a few drinks, Cloud 9 is definitely the right place for you to soak in the vibrant ambiance .

It was a perfect night. I can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend...
