being their customer almost a decade,tried most of the branch in Kuching,watching their quality of service from good degenerate to terrible,too much unpleasant experience in this two years,especially this branch.

I would say this branch was my favorite,their bak kut teh taste slightly different with others branch,perfect match my taste,but probably wouldn't came back anymore,their staff were rude,from ordering to serving,throwing our rice on our table,hit us and didn't apologize,ordering with a impatient attitude,doesn't want to response at all,ask for help but just show us impatient action and dont even look at us ,disrespect to customer.

Yes,I'm fussy person, but honestly i don't think this kind of attitude is normal,i paid service tax,deserve better service,not asking you to be like haidilao or ding tai fung,but at least show me some respect? There's some more cranky crew,response to our request with strange action or speech,i can understand that might because of their personality.But for the experience i had mentioned, the basic etiquette of serving should be shown to customer who paid service tax,unless you guys cancel the service tax,I'm happy to pay if i could get a...

I'm sorry. There is actually none good bakuteh in Kuching to my liking. Either the broth lack aromas of herbs, soup too sweet, too dilute or there's just lack certain items in menus.

Been going through this outlet and several others but always so disappointed 😔 because there is always lacking the same items which I like. All we got all times is only pork ribs, 3 layer belly pork and pork balls. (I'm talking about intestines, trotters alike)

Mostly everything and every single time there's item unavailable. It's like u r having pork soup instead really good bakuteh completely. How I misses bakuteh...like Klang Bakuteh, Kepong Bakuteh or even the Gaya Street Bakuteh in Kota Kinabalu. I wish u could do more to accommodate Bakuteh lovers like me but unfortunately probably just not yet in Kuching.

Anyway, servers are accommodating and efficient. Table are cleared fast. The soup not bad, just always forever lacking something be it for lunch...

Best place if u want to try pork. They have a dish called bak ku teh u can choose the parts of the pork u want inside the dish such as pork belly, pork knuckles, 3 layer meet etc. U have two option either dry bak ku teh or soup bak ku teh. I prefer the dry one with ladies fingers and everything so u can taste the flavours of the pork properly. U should also order rice with it. If u want a side dish u can also get some chaque with soup. And u also can try the century egg there. Which is pretty tasty. Century egg is not fr everyone but it's worth the try. It's a must go place if u r visiting Kuching. U will never find this type of food other than Malaysia. The service is really good except they don't speak good English. Other Than that I'm totally happy with it.
