Would like to seek clarification regarding your standard operating procedure (SOP) for packing ordersâspecifically for two sets of the 2-piece C7 chicken meals.
I was at your outlet and placed an order today for a burger, two sets of 2-piece C7 chicken, and a spaghetti. I waited for more than 15 minutes, which I completely understand may be due to frying time or peak hours. However, when I returned after 15 minutes to check on my order, I was informed it still wasnât ready.
What raised concern was that, upon my arrival, I was the only takeaway customer, and the two people behind me were dining in. During my wait, I observed that three tables were servedâincluding those who were behind me in the queue. Out of curiosity, I asked if my chicken had been packed yet, and was told it hadnât.
When my order was finally prepared, I noticed that both sets of my 2-piece chicken meals consisted of four small chicken wings. I asked the staff if they had any thigh meat, and was told Iâd have to wait, as only wings and drumsticks were available. They also mentioned that many customers were requesting thigh meatâincluding the person behind me.
Naturally, I asked, âWhose order came in first?â I believe the fair approach would be to follow a first-come, first-served basis, or at the very least, ensure a fair distribution of available chicken parts. Instead, I was toldâquite rudelyâthat I didnât request specific parts, implying that customers who donât make such requests may receive only leftover parts like wings.
Is it truly your SOP to provide only chicken wings if a customer does not specifically request otherwise, even if they placed their order earlier than others? If so, this seems quite unfairâespecially when the option to request isnât clearly communicated.

Read moreTo be honest, the chicken is better than all of Kuching's KFC. Perfectly cooked, juicy, savory, and the spicy chicken met my standard. The mashed potato too is great, not too salty, the brown sauce is enough. Coleslaw is fresh, the mayonnaise is not too sweet too. The bun is soft and not too dry. It's an absolute perfection.
Service is great. Though there were a lot of customers today, it doesn't seem to overwhelm them - they do their job calmly and quick. The staff are polite too and they are not too noisy in the kitchen.
Atmosphere is quite okay, but I do hope they put on some jazz music. The floor is clean, the tables, counters too. And the lighting is just right.
All in all, absolute perfection,...
