Hi-Bread Kopitiam Satok — Restaurant in Sarawak

I arrived at Hi-bread Kopitiam Satok at 730 am for breakfast. As usual, we would directly go to the cashier and order (of course). It was fine until we were seated at our table and waited for our order. We ordered two Kopi C Peng (cold) no sugar, one Kopi O no sugar, chicken salad, garlic toast and two roti kahwin. The drinks order came first and two hot kopi c were served. The waiter was trying to justify that we ordered hot kopi c, and not kopi c peng. It was not a problem as all of us who have logical thinking thought it was only a small matter, so no need to cause any trouble. BUT when my sister went to get tissues which is located near the cashier, she heard the cashier was talking all about the kopi c peng issue and said (i translate) "if you want to order, order properly. If you want kopi c peng then kopi c peng". So my sister approached th e cashier and said she should have heard better and unbelievably, the cashier responded VERY RUDELY and said "you should have read the orders on screen". OH MY LORD, it was unheard of that hi-bread cashiers/staff are this rude. My family and i have been having our breakfasts at this Hi-bread branch for many years and this is the first time i encounter this such of customer service given by the cashier. REMEMBER...

I recently purchased a sandwich from your establishment, and I was quite disappointed with the way it was served. As shown in the attached photo, the sandwich was not cut properly — it was uneven and poorly presented, making it difficult and messy to eat.

I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the quality and presentation of your food. A simple effort like cutting the sandwich neatly makes a big difference in the overall dining experience.

Been eating here countless times already. But today's experience is bad. The cashier is pretty rude. Trying to blame the customer for the wrong order. If you can't hear clearly, ask the customer to repeat, not just proceed with whatever you think is right. If you are lazy, no need to go to work. Just sit at home. Caution when you hire a employee, make sure they are not lazy like this one girl. Ruined my whole day. Might not come back only because of this...
