Four of us came here to dine on 13/12/2024. During that time, there were less than 3 tables occupied. We ordered 4 main courses and desserts (shinjuku bake choc and a slice of cake).

Here starts the bad things:

1. The desserts came first (already told to serve after main course) and main courses took forever to arrive. They did not know how to serve food in stages accordingly and correctly?
2. The rice was of short type and totally different than the one found in banches in Klang Valley, Peninsular Malaysia. This is simply lack of standardisation and not our expectation.
3. There was a WORM in the salad of Chicken Grilled Black Pepper. We did not eat the salad after seeing this, and upon bringing the dish to the counter during paying, they did not cancel this dish in the receipt that we paid!

Not recommending this...

I had a disappointing experience at the Satok Secret Recipe.

The cakes were cold and frozen, making them difficult to eat. The service was lacking—despite there being four staff members present, no one attended to us unless we called for help. We (2 adults + 3 children) dined in with two slices of cake and took away a whole cake but weren’t given the free ice cream that was advertised. When we asked about it, they claimed it wasn’t included since we had already paid. Unbelievable.

I definitely won’t be coming back...
