Had dinner there last night and honestly, it was such a frustrating experience. We understand it was busy, but that’s no excuse for such poor service. The first dish, the clam with dried chili, arrived together with our rice, but then we had to wait another 15 minutes just for the midin, and a RIDICULOUS 20 MINUTES more just to get our drinks. The food was almost finished when the drinks arrived. On top of that, there was still one dish that never showed up. We followed up twice with the staff, yet we waited another 15 minutes, only to find out our food was wrongly served to the table that had just arrived behind us.
The staff looked completely lost and overwhelmed, and the entire management seemed chaotic. There was no proper system. Even worse, one of the workers, likely a supervisor or manager, kept shouting at the staff in front of customers, which only made the environment more stressful and uncomfortable.
It felt like they were prioritising the tables with big orders instead of ours because we ordered just 3 dishes (1 didn’t even arrive).
Overall, very bad service, and the food was just average. Definitely not worth wasting your time and energy to eat here if that kind of...

Today l will up one more star given based on local cooked food. Today a bit distracted by their restaurant staff bickering in loud voices. Louder than customers😞Rice is not fully cooked so l crunch those raw rice in-between my dishes. Chicken cooked with Salted egg sauce is more of the bit pieces chicken with full starch coating which hardens a bit after fried. The curry Assam fish we selected is of good local quality, meaty with huge bones (btw not salmon or cod) so quite tasty, buttered prawns are so so. Midin ferns are cooked in shrimp paste (belachan) and the ferns are cut in longer stem so beware of young children eating. It will get you choked if not properly chewed. Overall not significantly yummy but just an average restaurant that has more seafood choice. It's halal and cost is 25-30/pax...
Read moreI think this is another spot to have some light, yet delicious sea food meals while you are in Kuching.
The food is good, with well balanced flavors of spices and condiments. Butter prawns, Squids with dry chilli, Fried Manicai with eggs and Black Pepper Crabs are my favourite.
The service is fast and efficient. The staff is courteous and accomodatice. A good and suitable place for family gathering or hanging out with friends. Crowded at peak hours.
I would suggest to visit the place for dinner. The price is not that expensive. It is quite reasonable and depending on what and the quantity you order.
