Overall, dessert was okay but super disappointed with the service 👎👎 Purposely brought my relatives who came all the way from Sabah to here on 10 March 2023 around 8.30pm. We were treated badly by the cashier ladies…Felt like we committed something WRONG LOLL. We ordered few cakes, macarons, waffles and gelatos and requested them to serve them separately to two different tables (a simple request right? Separate seats cuz not enough space for whole bunch of us). The service crews gave us disdainful look, rolled their eyes, showed their impatience and spoke rudely to us… that’s not everything 🫥 They even talked behind us… Really TERRIBLE service ever, spoiled our mood😑. It’s understandable if it happened during peak hours, but there weren’t much customers at that time. Hopefully the manager or PIC will take some actions on this, cuz the customer will definitely NOT COME BACK after experienced this...

Well, i don't simply write review for any shop i visit, but i had to make an exception for this special place. the wide range of choice, with over 20 gelato flavors to choose from, along with shaved ice, and cakes, that was really impressive! even though we are too full, we couldn't resist to try their gelato and some of their cakes. the pistachio gelato is simply to die for, and the swiss chocolate gelato is the richest i have ever tasted. we ordered the sea salted crepe cake and the lava cake, but unfortunately, the sea salted crepe cake was too sweet for our taste. want to try out their new mango crepe cake, unfortunately they are sold out. however, the cafe can get a bit too noisy as it was packed with crowds during our visit.
