Happened 3 times. 3 charming times. The order has been received very much late. Took almost 2 hours waiting for my pizza. The last time, after 1 hour and 30 minutes, decided to go and pickup by myself. Ended up having to wait for another good 15-20 minutes. Very very very poor service by the crew. Very disappointed with this outlet. So far, yup Domino's usually will be my first choice when it comes to pizza. When I'm at my own home at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, I got NO such issue like this ever. Called the Dominos line many times the call was not answered when it was transferred to the branch. Had to be viewing the delivery status on the app for 2 hours to check the status. Read moreI was at the store with my parents, and I was assisted by a staff member named Yasmin. Unfortunately, her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. When my mom tried to speak to her and ask questions about the menu, she didn’t acknowledge at all, she ignored me and simply pointed the menu around without saying a word😅. I felt disrespected as a customer and disappointed with the lack of basic courtesy.
