The rudest and messiest McDonald outlet ever as usual, very often giving out wrong item too, I even waited 1hr before for breakfast because they forgot, then when you asked them about it you can see the passive aggressiveness go through the roof.

If you puasa you don't like to work that's your problem, instead, you yell at customer saying "tak hujan tak order McD", then I left the gate open and offered the hangry delivery guy to stay for a bit until rain gets lighter. Bang, when I order cuaca cantik tau? You guys decided to send few orders together then how long that took you to wait for the food to get ready? You sendiri know lah. Because my food are all soggy and hardened, even the ice were melted already. I got many Grab/Foodpanda riders who would communicate nicely telling that they need to sembahyang or needed to wait off the rain or anything, it's always ok with me, I don't even mind waiting.

Then again today, while lining up to order suddenly being pointed at by the lady staff saying "ini last" while looking at her colleague to tell him to stop customers from coming in because they have too many orders then walked away when its our turn. A guy staff served us then told us not much choices left and raised his hand infront of our faces and pointed at the door, said "Kalau nak, tunggu kat luar", while other staffs at behind keep repeating nak buat closing lah nak buat closing lah. It's not so hard to tell your customers orders are full, we will understand and...

Ordered at this outlet via Shopeefood app, I asked for no ice, drinks came with ice, so ended up when I asked the driver to place it on the table outsideand I would come to get it later (not driver's fault, he followed instructions), the drink condensation had soaked through the paper bag and caused the bottom to tear. All my food dropped out and I spilled HALF my fries!!!

The 100plus that i ordered was basically 80% water with 0 carbonation, so unpalatable, and that I rather drink nothing.

My nuggets didn't come with the sweet and sour sauce I ordered and request for more chilli sauce packet was definitely ignored. If you're not going to even look at the remarks section on delivery apps, why bother leaving it open?!

Thought of filing a complaint, but reading the reviews here it seems like it is not even worth my time. Definitely visiting neighbouring branches instead of this pathetic excuse of a...

[No manner Old Indian Woman] Worst Mcdonald I have ever seen. Bad service because of that old indian woman. I have ordered a Bubur-chacha pie and the staff told me she is going to give us afterward. She forgetten to send us the pie and went to her break. When I ask the another old indian woman who is incharge her counter, she keep yelling at us we need to wait for the staff that serve us who is in break now. Come on! ! We have finished our meal, do we really need to wait for her to finish her meal too to have our pie?? It's been around 30mins. You can't imagine her ways of manner in speaking to a customer, you will surely gone mad.
