Went here for family breakfast at 10am and planning for drive through but no one free to help and got ignored. Went in ordered through the self counter. Take note that during this event only 1 couple dined in and myself to take out. No other visible customers. Not as busy as normally Macdonald would be. The back staff gave us the wrong burgers and the front counter staff did not checked our ordered carefully before hand in to us. My mistakes for not double check my order before left the counter or premise. We parked somewhere closed to the premise and walking distance close to the premise since previously we parked at the drive through lot prepared by them. Only to found out they gave us the wrong burgers. We refuse to eat since we didn't pay for it. We went in to return and get the correct one. No apology happened in this scene. Just when we thought we get the correct one they managed to surprise us at how they still can get it totally wrong after review and double checking my order,my receipt from few staff there. Even when they are not busy. Im too furious to coming in there back and forth so im just finish what they served. What kind of attitude you are serving to customers when it is your fault? No sorry not apologetic gesture. Its fine for me to laugh out loud or being chatty during work or while preparing my order but at least do it right . 1 mistake is fine but twice in row no sorry at all? They should reconsider their teaching methods...
Read moreI ordered via GrabFood from McDonald’s Kepong 17 on 7 June 2025, but received the wrong items. Instead of a Spicy McDeluxe Burger, I got 2 random pieces of fried chicken, and my 5-piece Ayam Tenders came with only 3.
Tried calling the outlet — no one answered. It’s frustrating when you pay for a full meal and receive something totally different.
Double-check your order if you’re ordering from this branch. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of response is unacceptable.

—————————————————————————— Last week, I encountered an issue with my order from McDonald’s Kepong 17 , the items I received were completely different from what I ordered. Since I placed the order via GrabFood, a refund wasn’t straightforward.
However, I appreciate that McDonald’s responded to my complaint and offered to replace the missing items with the original ones I had ordered (Spicy McDeluxe Burger and 5pcs Ayam Tenders).
Though the process was a bit of a hassle, I’m thankful for the eventual follow-up and resolution.
📌 Reminder: If this happens to you, keep your receipt and take photos , contacting McD directly might get things sorted faster. 📌 Ordering through Grab is convenient, but handling complaints or refunds can be more complicated.

I. While waiting for my order I noticed a staff took out an unused paper bag, and wrote 'sampah'. What she meant was she wanted the food panda people and customer to drop off their receipts inside the bag, not just simply put them up on the counter. A very concern staff, BUT she should have used old paper bag or other things of sorts. She just created unnecessary waste.
II. My Milo no ice was like had been added with cold water (you know the taste when your ice melts inside your Milo). I thought it was only my Milo, but my mom's also got that kind of Milo, and she ordered the Milo no ice an hour earlier.
III. I complained to the cashier about my drink in hoping that she would inform the kitchen crew and apologized. She didn't. She just smile as if she knew. And just...
