Been here twice within 1 week. First time there, we (2 person) ordered a Marmalade Chicken Chop, Aglio Olio, Curly Fries, Mushroom Soup with Garlic Bread. We were quite full actually, but somehow the eyes are not. So we ordered a Pork Chop as well.
Most dishes were great, just the Aglio Olio is a little bit too spicy + wet for me. Mushroom Soup has slightly strong Onion taste. But still a very flavourful and yummy soup. Highly recommended to try their Pork Chop, it is as chewy as a baby's cheek.
Speaking to the feedback above, the main chef offered us a bowl of Mushroom Soup to try on our 2nd visit, and it taste much more better than before, kudos~👍🏻
From this point, I can tell that the business owner (a.k.a) main chef is really passionated and humble person who willing to take opinions into consideration.
So on our 2nd visit, we've ordered Mexican Style Grill Chicken & Mixed Grill (Chick, Pork, Lamb). Wanted to know about the feedback on those dishes? Well~ I'd say… the Chef has never fail us.

Read moreTypical kopitiam style with no ac. It was after rain, so it is quite airy. Wont be soaked in oil-greasy smell after your visit. Service is simple, using qr code. Serving time is considerably fast. Food is served hot. Ordered grilled pork chop with mushroom sauce and chicken maryland. Huge portion for both order despite the economical price. Pork chop is well marinated and the sauce is flavourful. Towards the end, it tasted salty. Chicken maryland is thinly breaded that stuck well into chicken. They use chicken thigh so the meat is tender and juicy and most importantly the bread crust is crispy, savoury and NOT OILY AT ALL. The amount of side dishes given should be applauded. The coleslaw, cherry tomato and cucumber is fresh and crunchy. The fries is pretty disappointing but that doesn’t deduct any points from the dish. I must really compliment the owner for the bread. Almost no stall out there, that will pan fry the bread with margarine!!! 6stars for...
Read moreA Chinese western hawker place in Gombak. It's not bad if you're looking for that exactly, Chinese western food and smt a little better maybe. They even have NZ lamb and Aussie beef steak.
You'll see a lot of locals eating there, and it can be quite full and there's a bit of a wait.
I tried the NZ lamb, which was fatty but delicious. The salmon with aglio olio's salmon was overcooked a little, but aglio olio was really enjoyable. They had broccoli salad which was refreshing! It did have a bit too much mayo inside so if I ordered it again I'd ask for less sauce probably. Mushroom soup was sold out when I was there, so didn't get to try it.
All in all I would return as I liked the vibes of the Seri Gombak and the food was enjoyable enough. The restaurant itself did not feel that clean but that's a lot of...
