Train your staff well!! Ordered strawberry crispy sundae today but the staff gave without the crispy cone. Even the picture displayed ada crispy cone at bottom yet staff not include in the sundae!! I asked one of male staff, and he said need to add on during and hv additional payment. Duhhhh how should i know and what do you expect?!! I just ordered what's on menu! And the answer that he gave me is totally unacceptable. Even kids also can have brain to think! He answered customers usually not preferred to include crispy cones as it gets soggy once customers receive. WHAT AN ASSUMPTION U MADE???! You suppose to exclude the ingredients upon customers request only! Why you think you make the perfect recipe? Then change your menu lah!!

Then it comes to different answer when my friend ask the cashier. She said can just add toppings (which i am not supposed to reauest this sh××) without adding money. What a nonsense is this? Very poor staff communication here like no trainning at all. We came here after having our lunch, on the day when there was a water supply disruption throughout KL and Selangor too. Eidlan wanted to have some ice cream, and we just knew where to go in Gombak..

Eidlan immediately waited at the counter, trying to figure out which flavor ice cream he would prefer. But eventually, Mama & Pah Mummy bought a bunch of ice creams with different flavors, so that he didnt have to choose!! For that, Pah Mummy had earned a well deserved kiss from Eidlan!!
