Service was really bad and i am so dissapointed. They should not treat customers like this.

Came in around 8.45pm and they said ours will be last order. We immediately place our orders. Then they said all smoothies are not available because their blender was broken. I personally think they’re just lazy to take out the blender because they want to clean up the kitchen already but thats just my guess. I could be wrong.

When the food arrived it was not hot at all. Not like a freshly cooked food. We paid RM25 for a cold mee hiris ? Not worth it at all. When we inquired the waitress, she said its because of the air cond. It was a silly excuse and makes no sense. Because when our tea arrived it was really hot and remained hot until we finished our meal. We were really skeptical because we feel like they just re-heat our food in the microwave. Also, the food arrived in about 10minutes after we place our orders.

Upon payment, the cashier apologies and said that they already close the api in the kitchen already. Meaning, they didnt cooked our food. The kitchen is closed ? What an absolute scam and we paid the price like everybody else. I told them I’m very dissapointed and will leave a review on google. They immediately apply 10% discount. Honestly i still feel frustrated. They should have informed us that kitchen was already close so we can go somewhere else and have a decent meal. I will tell this to my family and friends to avoid this scam restaurant and unbelievable employees who think they can trick us by saying food is cold because of air cond?

Service was so bad, all staff lack communication with each other, there was no rice for nasi goreng,should be they inform to customer the food cant be served for a while,but they already put in billing for nasi goreng & said will be prepared within 20-25 minutes. 1 staff said i can cancel the nasi goreng & can order other food except "nasi", but then when i call the staff , one of them came ,and i said I want to cancel the order & order the other food but the staff said cannot cancel because the rice already cook & will be ready in 15min. So this time im already confused but still I'm waiting for the nasi goreng till 30min but the food still not ready yet.when i asked my order the staff blurred & shocked my order still not receive, my family member already finished their food. Im very disappointed with the service. Hopefully after this all staff communicate with each other before inform anything to customer & make sure all menu are ready if not enough or the ingredients not ready yet please inform to customers that menu not available...

Quite legit chinese dishes prepared by muslim. Ordered the mi hiris with sliced chicken, prawn fried rice, hot n sour cabbage noodle, beef n mushroom with rice n dumpling. Service was courteous and food arrived promptly. The mi hiris was good, springy and flat ala pan mi but accompanying chicken breast slice was horrendous. Dry and tough to chew. Lesson learnt always ordered with either beef or mutton 😁😁😁 The rest of the food was ok. I personally like the hot n sour noodle as the taste is really appetizing. The dumpling a bit soggy though. A really good option for muslim to appreciate athenthic china cuisine. Pricing on the mid to high...
