Worst experience ever. Burger king is one of my favourite fast food places however this branch changed my mind. Came at 8pm on 1/1/2025 and it was a terrible experience. Most of the food were sold out and there were no fizzy drinks. The only option for drinks were chocolate and teh tarik. Ordered two iced chocolates and they tasted merely like water as it was very watered down. Although the limited food option could be dealt with, the dining area was a shock to us. All of the tables were full of trash and trash bins were also overfilled. The dining area was so filthy that it made us lose our appetite. Even the soap dispenser was full with ants and the tap was faulty. Ive seen many other reviews before about the cleanliness of the dining area but yet there has been no improvement. I understand that it is the holiday season therefore there will more customer but the management should do better and have more staff as they were only 2 staff and they were using their phones and filming when there were a lot of tables to clean. I hope the management will take action about this since Mitsui is an international platform with a lot of tourists shopping here. Read moreHi Burger King Malaysia. I wantes to share my recent experience at Burger King at Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang ,hoping it will reach the right ears. While I've always enjoyed the food at Burger King's and this is my last visit and is dissappointing us whole family due to the service i received. We have make an order from the kiosk and decided to pay at the counter. The waiter attitude shows a rather unwelcoming us which effected the overall experience. Said if we intend to pay at the counter will coz the food served being delay. What is the logic of paying at the count and will cause the food seving will be delaying? If so, I think should @Burger King Malaysia practise for no cash payment right up away. So everyone will have their food served in promptly. This is the very "rude and unfriendly" waiter of yours. What i get replied "kalau nak tunggu, tunggu lah..."
In conclusion... She is not efficient at all. By looking at the order screen while waiting for the order to pop why can she just act at the cashier for just 1 or 2 min for other consumer...
