Starbucks Mitsui Outlet Park — Restaurant in Sepang

Bustling Sunday afternoon at the Outlet Park and the staff was so slow. There were quite a few tables empty but trash strewn all over the floor. No one to clean the tables. I had to wipe our own table down. As we entered the entire feel was unclean. Ordered 3 drinks. The barista taking the order was pleasant and friendly. But his colleague making the coffee was so slow. I was surprised to see the customer ahead of us only get his iced americano long after we had ordered ours and sat down. Despite it being 3 drinks in our order they called each drink as they made it. The interval was at least 5 mins between drinks. 1 very carefree barista taking her own cool time. Quite disappointing especially for my guests travelling...

Very poor customer service experience...

Just laughing away at the counter without caring to take our orders for no reason...

Syaqhira...was very busy not caring about us waiting at the counter and was very busy laughing away with Faizal...

Finally it was Faizal who noticed us waiting and took our order...

We come to Starbucks and pay for good courtesy and service quality...if u can do it it’s not good..

Best thing is to laugh and work together...not only laugh and make us wait for no....it’s the reason u have 2 counters right....

Please improve your standards for...

The barista here makes better lattes compared other outlets including (Starbucks Reserve) I've been to. Chocolate lava cake was ok and red velvet was good. Staff at the till was friendly and courteous. A customer before me was ordering a super long Secret Menu drink. Didn't know this existed before. Good for a short coffee break if you're in the mall. I notice that you have to ask for tumbler discount because most of the time they forget to deduct from the bill. Must be because it's not really practised here. Didn't see anyone who brought their tumbler or...
