Padi House, Mitsui Outlet Park — Restaurant in Sepang

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Padi House at Mitsui, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, but what really made our visit memorable was the fantastic service.

Leo, one of the staff members, stood out with his friendly and affable demeanor. He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed right away. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and Leo’s positive energy definitely added to our dining experience.

Another waiter, Izzan, was equally impressive. Even though there were only three of us, he kindly seated us at a larger table, which made our meal more comfortable. He was patient and attentive, especially as we took our time placing the order while waiting for my mum and dear aunt to decide. It’s rare to find staff who are both efficient and considerate, and Izzan handled everything smoothly.

As for the food, it did not disappoint. Every dish was delicious, with flavors that were both rich and satisfying. The rice portions weren’t huge, but they were just right—enough to make you feel comfortably full without being...

I just cant be thankful enough knowing how fortunate we were for having made the reservation earlier...The crowd today is tremendously huge, being the last weekend before the major exodus for Hari Raya holidays. While we managed to get our orders in time before time for Iftar, a lot of people were still queing up to get into most of the F&B outlets..Its so sad to see them in such an awful predicament, and my son had to offer some of our food and drinks to them. We realized that the Foodcourt was closed, and some people had to literally sit on the floor to break their fast..I really hope the management of Mitsui Outlet would look into this urgently to address this pertinent problem. Another issue is the queue for maghrib prayer. Due to the large crowd of people waiting to get into the Surau, I had to practically perform my maghrib prayer outside the Surau, along the walkway just outside the breastfeeding room..As for the food and services at Padi House, I had nothing to say, except for my biggest compliment to them..we enjoyed the delicious food, and would definitely come back for more, in the...

Food : 4 star. The menu offered a great variety of choices, with a myriad of set food combinations. The chicken chops and Vietnam chicken salad were well cooked also. However, the watermelon juice which was claimed to be pure could actually taste added water.

Portion : 4 star. Reasonably generous compared with other similar restaurants.

Ambience : 1 star. The ventilation pipes for the kitchen hood were not covered and made extremely loud noise, literally affecting our mood to enjoy the food. Seating arrangement was congested. The whole place also lacked of decoration or adornment, giving a "warehouse" feel.

Service : 2 star. Long wait (30 mins) for the food, even though there were not so many customers. Waiters were not very attentive and sometimes had to resort to self-help.

Price : 3 star. Prices on the menu were inclusive of tax but excluding the service charge. The bill was quite messy.
