Will never come again. First, they scam customers by putting a plate of diced fruits on their tables as soon as they sit down, which the customers will think it is complimentary. It is of course not. They also do the same with wet tissue. Second, the japanese bean curd that I ordered was horrendous. Paid such a high price and they put the frozen corn + carrot + peas deadly combo that you see in supermarket. Disgusting, even kopitiam don't put that kind of stuff. Third, a staff messed up my order and served the wrong food. Upon informing the server, we were questioned and met with sour faces and rude attitudes from the staff. Particularly the pregnant hijab/tudung malay lady. I even told them, if they don't believe me, play back the CCTV footage and see which item on the menu I pointed towards. No apologies from any of the staff regarding the wrong order and late arrival of food, including the short-hair manager, but instead they showed their rude attitude and sour faces. No customer service training at all. It doesn't end here, when I was paying my bill, they tried to sneak in the wet tissue charge which we never touched. Upon informing about the wrong wet tissue charge, again, no apologies and rude attitude from the staff. 0 out of 10, possibly the worst restaurant in Mitsui, go somewhere else with your money. Bad food, bad customer service, overall...

It is a hell experience for our family today. From the top to the bottom (manager to waiter) is so rude. I suggest never ever come to this place, just wasting your money and time.

As I enter the restaurant, the music sound too loud.

Waiters can't really understand malay or English. He was speaking in broken English mix with thai, and can't really repeat our order properly as we are ordering for 6 adults and total food that was ordered was 11 menu.

As food was arriving, food was sent to our table without waiter checking for the receipt that was put on the table earlier. Suddenly, a thai lady waiter come to our table shouting because apparently they sent for wrong menu, and asking as too pay that wrong food. As I don't want to make a ruckus as in malay tradition, it is not proper or sopan to make a ruckus in front our food. So we had to agree to pay extra for their mistakes.

The manager also is quite rude, as we already finish our food, but then suddenly mango salad that we ordered earlier arrived, he just said cannot cancel as food already cooked.

Also we order for mango lassi, the waiter ask to server before or after meal, we said before but nothing came. never inform that menu inavailability. Was only inform after we...

When i first arrived, i see a crowd waiting to be seated and i understand why. Confucius once said, "if you want the good stuff, you gotta wait."

Surprisingly, it took less than 10 minutes to seat my whole family down. Thanks to Siti Aminah and an fine indian gentlemen whom i not manage to his name for their prompt action. Hope both you get a raise.

The ambience is nice, the thai pop song really remind me the streets of Sukhumvit. I ordered clear soup tom yam, steam squid, salted fish kailan, omelet, crying tiger beef and chicken thai fried rice for my kids.

The crying tiger. It really live up to its name. Meat was tender and juicy, the sauce is to die for and the whole experience is to cry for. I shed my tears when eating it, i can't believe that such a good food really exist. Don't say tiger, a dragon like me who always won COD Mobile also can cry.

Tom yam, squid and omelet. The first bite was ecstacy, and the rest of it is God sent experience. I was fly up above to the heaven and play a round of harp before descend down to earth and went straight to coma for a few minutes and i wake up to a better person. Better me.

Thanks to the whole Parathai Mitsui Outlet staff. You guys definitely go to heaven....
