Very slow response staff, but yes we tried to understand if it's a peak hour, but it's not. Customer has to wait quite sometime to be seated, even there's so many empty tables. Yes we can still understand & accept that. But when it comes to our fav food, looks like it's been prepared by lazy staffs. We are not collecting from the moving track (because only 1-2 types of sushi was available), we are ordering from the screen tab; so we are expecting fresh made salmon sushi..when it arrives, we are shocked what we have seen. No quality check whatsoever, you can see from the photo. When we called the staff (a girl, "what do you think about this sushi that you just served?" She just simply said that other staff made it. And when she looked at those, she just simply said "i will just eat it no matter what"..we were shocked with the irresponsible response. We are sushi lovers, and we used to come over at different Sushi King restaurant such as Puchong IOI Mall & the services + food quality is up to the standard. So we decided just put this comment & we will escalate this to Sushi King management. Food was okay, service was okay, waiting time was a tad long but my main point is I want to give my sincere thanks to the manager Mr. Syahrul! I left my Biore sunscreen that i just bought from Watsons a few months back and I was devastated that I left it due to my own negligence and I tried to call this branch up from the number here but I had no luck.. The staff from that day was unable to find and never called me back.
Today my partner was passing by the restaurant and decided to try and find it again just in case they kept it and at first they couldn’t find it but Mr. Syahrul didn’t give up and kept trying to find it😭 He even called us back to inform us about his findings and I am super super super grateful to him although I have not met him. A sunscreen and hair gel is not much and I have already moved on from it but the effort Mr. Syahrul put into helping us was beyond my expectations and truly warmed my heart. Sushi King should really reward such hardworking and kind man🙏🏽

Our food haven't arrived yet for like almost an hour of waiting, and when we ask them, they just answered "nanti" and the nanti is like half an hour or even longer. The small udon took an hour to arrive and the temaki took like 2 hrs probably? after we had our foods done. Water, just 3 cups of tea, took 40mins to arrive, but in the tablet, there mentioned prepared so what's the reason that the water arrived so late? And nobody inform us that the food that we ordered are unavailable, we spend our time waiting there and no one cares. One told us when she hantar our first food 😅. And even paying bills, they took it so long time, we've been standing there and just waiting for them to key in the bills, and it took some times too.
