San Francisco Coffee Tamarind Square — Restaurant in Sepang

I have been a loyal customer since 2019, when San Francisco Coffee was the very first café in Tamarind Square. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly over the years.

First, the chairs have become extremely uncomfortable and old, which makes it unpleasant to sit for long.

Second, the food quality has changed a lot. I used to love the Chicken, Egg & Cheese Croissant, which was RM10.90 (or RM15.90 with a set including free tea or Americano). If you wanted a latte, you could simply add around RM6.

Now, the old menu has been replaced with a “new” one that was supposed to be better for customers but it’s not. The croissant is smaller than before, and they added a salad just to increase the price to RM21 (without coffee!). You can add RM3 for a “free coffee,” but according to the cashier, you can no longer upgrade to a latte with an extra charge.

Sadly, the portions are smaller, the quality is lower, and the prices are higher which feels unfair for long-time loyal customers.

My advice: please improve the furniture, as it is very old now, and take care of your regulars. There are many new competitors in the area offering much...

Horrible service from one of the staff-cashier Muhammad Nazmi (SF2672). Unprofessional customer service. SF Coffee Management should train your staff with good manner. Harass the customer. Is it 3 big families are not allowed to bring senior citizen(with booster vaccinated) here??? Ill-mannered & rude conversation. The line was bad here, take time to load My Sejahtera status check in & vaccinated. Very rude with my father, unacceptable. We pay to have the best food and coffee here, but spoil the mood with ill- mannered Staff Muhammad Nazmi!!! Don't discriminate people either young or elderly, coz from customer money is COMPANY REVENUE to support your salary. Well be grateful you still got a job....

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff on duty; Shafeeq for being so attentive and providing an exceptional service.

I was in a rush for a virtual meeting and my laptop ran out of battery. All plug points were used by the other customers. Shafeeq noticed I was looking for a place to charge my laptop but no where to find. He offered an extension plug point for me to be shared with other customers. It was a very thoughtful of him to help.

Thank you for your kind gestures, it may seems small to others but your quick action really save me. Keep up the good work !
