This was my first time having chagee and I have got to say, although the atmosphere and the tea tasted amazing, the service was absolutely terrible! there was this young chinese girl that served me, she looked around my daughters age (17-20). when I was at the counter and I was deciding what to order, it took me quite a while to make up my mind as I have never ordered any drink from here before so I was obviously confused on what was good to order. while that was happening, this girl looked at me with the most impatient look on her face! might I say she even looks disgusted! I even caught her rolling her eyes at me! when she was making my order, she moved so slow and sloppy as if she doesn't want to make my order from me. and when she called my order out, she was yelling so quietly, and when I didn't hear her the first time, she yelled it out louder with an annoyed tone. at first I thought she was maybe tired so she wasn't being as attentive and nice, which I understand, but that's when I realized she was treating other Chinese customers different and she was being way nicer to them! My partner and I are waiting for the Columbia Asia Hopsital to call us for admission, hence we come here as we need to find plug to charge the laptop. Hence, we are here as we read a review saying this outlet has many plugs and power outlet. The aircond is abit too cold for us, its better to wear jacket if wanna stay here longer. The music is a bit loud, will be great if they can lower the volume a bit. The washroom is clean. Digi coverage sucks here, Im not sure if the store provides wifi or not, I didnt ask.

The parking is a bit difficult to find since we came here during lunch hour. We parked at the junction and need to walk a bit to the shop. Once entered, Im awazed with the decoration and the environment. This is my first time trying chagee despite all the hype. I ordered Jasmine peach tea regular size for RM11 something, and less than 5 mins my drinks are ready ✨ It tastes good, not too sweet, just sweet enough to my liking.

Poor service by this branch. Ordered my tea through app at 9:13pm, arrived at the shop at 9:20pm just to be told that White Peach Oolong Tea has finished. They told me that they called me to inform about it but i didnt pick up, and when I checked my phone, they called me once at 9:17pm. So they asked me to change to another order which I insisted the same order and so they asked if I can wait for another 20mins. I said yes, i waited since 9:30pm and my order is still not ready by 9:50pm. How can you finish your stock an hour before the shop closes? Is this normal for chagee? Mind you, the shop closes at 11pm as per Google info.

I had my 4-year old daughter who needs to go to the toilet at 9:45pm and we cannot enter the toilet just because THEY HAVE WASHED IT. It was 9:45pm and the shop closes at 11pm?!! Didnt make sense!!
