Had a terrible experience because of a mistake which could have been easily fixed. Ordered a buldak chicken, an additional serving after finishing a first serving, and the kitchen gave the wrong order, the honey chicken instead

At the pickup counter, we tried to get it corrected by showing the receipt, but the kitchen insisted that it was correct. This was despite us just ordering the same thing a few minutes earlier. Another kitchen staff came over and said the same thing, that the order was correct.
