Food is authentic but portions are extremely small and dare I say quite manipulative. The photo and the actual product couldn't be world's apart. I suppose for the prices they charge (average of RM30 to RM40 per head) you would think the portions could be more representative if they are unable to be generous due to a host of reasons like rental or whatever. Service is really sub par and you could get better service at a fast food restaurant. Ambience is ok but if you really want authentic Pakistani / North Indian cuisine and warm service you could go to Asif at Jalan Walter Grenier in downtown KL. The waiters here don't give you the service you deserve for the price you're paying and one will leave the restaurant with a feeling that they've gotten the best out of you and then some. This is my first and last time dining here as although the food is tasty, I've tasted better and with less than admirable service I surely won't miss it. The waiters are rude and very crude when they think you're not dressed rich enough. Very typical I would say. Practically shouting at you when you ask them about the menu and slamming the plates around. They're not even that busy. When it's paying time they have the cheek to ask you how was the food. Well the food was overpriced....

Read morewhat we ordered: • butter chicken - 7/10. taste good but kind of lacking in something(creaminess and spice perhaps). plus a little bit too oily. given the price per serving, i'd expect the portion to be quite generous, but it wasn't. • chapli kabab - 8/10. looks like burnt burger patty but it tastes delicious, with a hint of spice mixed with other herbs. • cheese naan - 8/10. better than the ones at ehsan's. paired with the gravy of the butter chicken= match made in heaven. • plain biryani - 9/10. generous portion, enough for 2 or maybe 3, if you're on diet. smells good, tastes good. • masala chai - 9/10. it just hit the spot. creaminess wise, not too mellow. the spice doesn't overpowered the taste of the tea.
service: • warm, welcoming and fast.
ambience: • not crowded, comfy, but the tv was a little loud with the Bollywood themed song.
💥verdict: •8/10. one of the best spot for pakistani dishes in shah alam. definitely...
