Taco Bell Plaza Shah Alam — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Terrible experience. Ordered Family Fiesta through Grab and half the set was missing. The taco are wrapped in paper - not cardboard box like their advertisement - so of course the center broke apart and you have to eat the mush with a spoon. Taste is even more disappointing - the only thing you can taste is some chilli powder on mayo, with a bit of salt in some items.

They totally lack the seasoning and spices that make the iconic Taco Bell taste. And Taco Bell is supposed to use SOUR CREAM!! NOT mayo!! What kind of cutting corners is this?? Honestly the roadside gerai sells a better taco. Even their ground chicken is so badly overcooked it's almost the colour of beef, dry like sawdust and zero taste. Chilli spicy does not equal flavour!

Burrito has max 1 tbsp of ground chicken at 1 end - maybe because if they actually sprinkled that quantity across the whole burrito, no one can find the ground chicken at all - since it's so little. Total rip off. 90% of the burrito is soggy salad veges drowning in mayo.

This Taco Bell is not following the actual Taco Bell recipe from overseas. Flavours come from seasonings, herbs and spices -- only one of which is chilli. But the only thing that anyone can really taste here is chilli and mayo. If you got the budget to eat here and looking for Tex Mex, you're better off going to...

Many sit and table for you to eat, quite okay actually. Have a nice food with your family and friends. Drinks are refillable btw :D

PRESENTATION: Just nice, like normal fast food, good presentation

TASTE: Well, for me, I'm not really a big fan after I taste it. I thought the food is really really good because of the hype and everything. But, yeah, its just okay. I would prefer Kebab or get some nachos from the market and buy cheese for me to dip. That's my opinion. I'm not really sure how tacos should taste like, but this is my first time la and I enjoy the taste.

TEXTURE: Crunchy and quite tasty for first timer. You can try. Maybe you will like it.

PORTION: Quite so so and okay, for the portion, its good for quick snack. Im quite a big eater, so it's not really enough for me with the price and portion. Like I was saying, i would prefer kebab or shawarma...

What is the problem with Taco Bell franchises??? Ordered through foodpanda from this location and received message from the rider to ask to cancel my order. Cause apparently the restaurant didn’t turn on their device or some 💩. How is that my freaking problem? And then another messaged from the rider telling me that they’re out of beef for my nachos so can I change it to chicken? And if I don’t reply they can’t do my order. I’m freaking working at the moment and I was lucky enough to be checking my phone!! Since when is it the riders job to do this?! Check your food list availability on delivery apps next time!! I won’t order if it’s not available or if you’re not open...
