Obviously the owner is trying to save cost by doing this. Not even allowing us to be served with side dishes until the mains are served. Workers are actively ignoring customers when trying to request for refills.

Although we can't deny that their food is good and we came here several times before, this visit is our final straw. Better off going elsewhere with good Korean food and better...

Waiters are rude and impossible to communicate with Not trying to discriminate, but all waiters are foreign labours who do not speak any local language, not even English, so it was very difficult to communicate with them. Not only did they not speak a single common language, they were not taught the proper manners as a waiter. One waiter was helping us to grill the meat, so I thought I would ask another waiter for something I wanted, when I got the another waiter and started talking to him, the one at our table who was grilling the meat interrupted my conversation and started to speak their local language (I believer it was Myanmar) with each other in front of me, and then one of them left the table. No one apologised for interrupting my conversation, no one explained to me what was going on. Also, speaking a foreign language in front of a customer who doesn’t understand the language is rude. So I was left confused and not knowing if my request has been received.

Hygiene The waiters are all dressed up in the own clothes which do not look tidy or clean as a food server, even though they were wearing face masks, but their hair were not that tidy/clean-looking. The guy who grilled our meat did not wear gloves and he kept touching the food with his fingers and pretended like nothing happened.

Also, when he was done with the grilling, in other Korean bbq restaurant they just leave the charcoal inside and the grill pan there until the customers leave. But the waiter we had decided to clear the grill pan and the charcoal without checking with us. Our whole table was with food, he cleared the charcoal with no cover of our food, the ashes fell right into the food and drinks on the table.

Super slow service - especially refill of Banchan We had to keep reminding the staff several times for our requests, like to get an extra cup, to get the refill etc. each time we asked for something, there won’t be a reply. So we were always confused what’s going on. Also, you can see how little the broccoli was given as a refill to a table of 4. Though some banchan has more but some are very little.

Last but not least, when I paid with my credit card, I was told there was a problem, so they asked me to key in the pin twice. At the end turned out that they charged twice on my account but they did one reversal as well. However I was not being informed until I saw my credit card bill. So do be caution with the payment.

So until they train their waiters properly, I wouldn’t really want to go back again. The whole experience dining there was really bad due to the...

Overall, the food tastes great especially the pork set. You can choose for your BBQ set to be cooked inside the kitchen or in front of you. I would have given a 5 star if they had staff which could communicate better and doing away with restrictions on the refills (You can read more below).

Ordered 2 different BBQ sets: 1 pork set and 1 beef set. The pork set is super yummy, and their marinated pork taste amazing. The beef set wasn't as tasty. If you are a small group and can only one of the BBQ sets, I recommend you go for the pork one.

The staff needs to have better communication skills. They are all foreign workers whom understand neither Malay nor English. It was quite hard getting them to understand what we wanted.

Do note that in this restaurant, if you are almost done with your meat or already finished your meat, you are no longer eligible for refills. As such, do order refills before you are done with your meat to avoid...
