Went over on a Saturday to have some dim sum. Arrived there at about 130pm. We were told that they will close early at 230pm (means we stil had an hour) and last call at 145pm. We immediately ordered our food.
Even before our food arrived, they started clearing tables, doing set ups around us. Table clothes were flung to spread around the table. DUSTY much!!! Making so much noise and hoo-ha. That was about 2pm. Come on guys, you cant even let me have my food in peace? there were other customers there as well.
In half an hour, you would close, cant you start your noisy set up then?
Also, not sure if it were the manager, a MALE. he was behind the counter, having some argument with his staff over a handwritten order. WITH HIS MASK OFF. That went on for really really long. Hello? if you want argue, please go to a closed room, not in front of your guests. No manners at all.

i want to enjoy my food. You as a well established restaurant, this is really...

Customer service was terrible because i asked for a replacement due to one of our noodles were charred. They gladly exchanged it by replacing it to other noodles without informing us. I was lost for words as we always eat the prawns first while its still hot then only we found out the noodles were charred! When we made payment, not even a thank you but instead, the cashier was not only indiferrent to our presence, she was acting like she had a bad day and need to show to the customers. Not...
Read moreWent there for dimsum and everything was consistent. Consistently average.
Price: Overpriced for the quality you get. Average RM9 for a dimsum.
Quality: Terrible for the price. Dimsum was not fresh. Selection was small and flavour was so-so. The siew mai meat does not have any texture just mush.
Service: Oh boy! I was appalled at how efficient they were at cleaning up the plates. Within seconds of finishing a single dimsum, they rushed in to pick up the empty bamboo bowl. Even the ones when we haven't finished eating. As I lifted my siew mai from my plate, woosh, there goes my personal plate....
